Enable logging to troubleshoot bulkgood price calculations.

When enabled, logs include:
- Product SKU and bulkgood status
- Price source used (priority)
- Calculation method applied
- Final computed price
- Cart totals

No Log Entries
- Verify logging is enabled
- Check file permissions on var/log/
- Ensure bulkgood products are in cart
