International bulk shipping can be managed either as a website-level Table Rates matrix or as country prices on each product.
Table Rates by destination
Use this model when a forwarder supplies cart-level prices. Import Bulkgood = 1 rows for each destination, region, postcode and condition threshold. Place Table Rate first in the source priority.
Separate rows are needed for countries that share the same commercial zone. Magento's Table Rates file does not accept a named zone in place of the country field.
Country prices on products
Use product country rows when each SKU has its own destination charge. A zero threshold creates one price for the country. Further rows can introduce weight, discounted item value or item-quantity tiers according to the active Table Rates condition.
Country-source coverage should be consistent. If one product has a destination row and another does not, the available country source can win without including the second product's general price.

- A destination without a valid rate produces the configured unavailable result.
Bulkgood does not calculate customs duties, import taxes, Incoterms or currency conversion. Handle those separately in the checkout and order process.
