Customer versus group price
Category Price Select rule applies when a customer record and a customer-group record match the same category and quantity.

Priority selection is the default. Priority values are a technical field that admin forms, CSV import and the API do not expose, so records carry equal priority and this rule effectively prefers the customer record. The setting applies globally and cannot be overridden per website.
Choose one rule that matches the store's contract policy and test a customer who has both record types.
Customer download
The download link is enabled by default. It lets a signed-in customer export applicable customer and group category prices from the account area. The default delimiter is a semicolon and the default enclosure is a double quote.
