Multi-Warehouse Shipping

When MSI is enabled and a source can be resolved for each required group, orders can be split by source so each warehouse ships its own items. This speeds up picking and reduces warehouse confusion.

If source resolution is not possible for part of the cart, the configured fallback behavior applies (vendor-only split, single order, or blocked checkout).
