Price Adjustment

Price Adjustment changes existing stored pricing records in bulk. Use it for controlled tasks such as adding €5 to selected Price List rows or converting a set of fixed Customer Prices to percentage discounts.

It does not edit Magento's catalog price directly.

Safe workflow

1. Open Pricesystem > Price Adjustment.
2. Select one or more target price types.
3. Narrow the records by website, current application type and conditions.
4. Enter the amount and, when needed, a new application type or validity dates.
5. Click Preview.
6. Review the matched counts and old/new values. Export the preview CSV for a larger change.
7. Click Queue Adjustment only when the preview is correct.
8. Confirm the job reaches Completed and spot-check calculated storefront prices.

The preview is not the write operation. The queued job performs the actual update through Magento's message queue.

Supported targets

The available list depends on installed packages and can include customer and group discounts, Customer Price, Category Price, Price Lists, Base Price Lists and Product-Customer Matrix.
