Ariba Templates

ariba_cxml_outbound_core

• Direction: Outbound
• Rules: 9 (6 required)
• When to use: Ariba baseline line-item transfer.
• Key target fields: quantity, supplier part IDs, price/currency, description, UOM, and classification domain.

ariba_cxml_outbound_level2

• Direction: Outbound
• Rules: 12 (6 required)
• When to use: Ariba level-2 transfer with manufacturer and buyer extrinsic fields.
• Key target fields: Core fields plus ItemDetail/ManufacturerName, ItemDetail/ManufacturerPartID, and ItemDetail/Extrinsic[name=AribaBuyerId].

ariba_cxml_outbound_level2_strict

• Direction: Outbound
• Rules: 12 (all required)
• When to use: Controlled projects where every mapped level-2 field must be present.
• Key target fields: Same as level-2, but strict requirement flags.
