Product Page Downloads Tab
When enabled and applicable, Customer Documents adds a Downloads tab on product detail pages.
How It Appears
The tab is shown in product details area as Downloads.
Important:
- if no eligible documents are found for the current product/store/customer context, the tab is not rendered
Document Rendering Modes
Configuration: Stores >Configuration > MageB2B > Customer Documents > Product View Mode
- Default (Flat List)
- Group by Category
What Customers See
The tab can show:
- document link/title (depending on Show Document Name)
- optional description
- optional password-protection hint
Password-protected documents trigger a password prompt before download.
Access Rules Still Apply
A document assigned to a product is shown only if access checks pass for the current visitor/context.

Common Visibility Checks
If the tab or documents are missing:
- verify product assignment exists
- verify current store view context
- verify document validity window and access assignment
- verify frontend is enabled for Customer Documents
