ZIP Download
If enabled (customerdocuments/general/enable_zip_download), customers can download all eligible documents as a ZIP from “My Documents”.
Rules / Exclusions
The ZIP contains only:
- local files (no external URLs)
- documents without a password
- documents the customer is allowed to access
If no eligible documents exist, the customer gets a “No downloadable documents found” notice.
