ZIP Downloads

Customer Documents can offer one ZIP file containing several eligible local documents.

Customer document ZIP

Enable Enable ZIP Download to show the bulk action in My Documents. The archive contains documents the current customer may access at that moment.

Cart document ZIP

Enable Enable Cart Document ZIP Download to collect eligible documents assigned to products in the current cart. Product assignment and store scope still apply.

Exclusions

The archive does not include:

• password-protected documents
• external URLs
• documents outside their validity period or website scope
• documents the customer cannot access
• missing local files

Password-protected files must be downloaded individually. External documents remain links to their approved destination.

Large archives require memory, temporary disk space and response time. Test the expected number and size of files with production-like limits before enabling ZIP downloads for customers.
