Product Search

Quick Order searches by SKU and product name. Results appear after the configured minimum number of characters has been entered.

Results follow the active storefront and buyer context. A product must be enabled, visible for the storefront, available for sale and one of the product types allowed in Quick Order. The result count is limited to keep the search responsive.

Prices are resolved for the active customer group. Tier-price hints can be shown when price display and tier-price display are enabled.

Buyers can also use Browse Catalog, which provides a paginated product list. Its page size is configured separately from the search length.

Tips

• Search with the exact SKU when several product names are similar.
• The minimum search length is configurable in Admin.
• If an expected item is absent, verify its store assignment, visibility, salability and product type before clearing caches or reindexing.
