Time-Saving Checkout

Direct Order keeps item review, addresses, shipping totals and payment preparation in the Quick Order flow. It is most useful for buyers who already know their products and do not need the normal catalog-to-cart journey.

The workflow still follows Magento's checkout rules. Required addresses, shipping and payment must be available, and stock or quantity rules may change submitted rows before payment.

If the buyer already has a normal cart, enable the prompt and restoration settings so the temporary Quick Order checkout does not unexpectedly replace that work.
