Sales Rep Order Entry

Staff can use Quick Order to turn a buyer's phone or email list into a Magento cart without opening each product page. Search is useful for short requests, while pasted CSV data suits longer SKU lists.

Quick Order uses the active storefront and customer context. If staff must order as a particular customer, first enter the correct customer session through your approved Magento workflow. Then verify customer-specific prices, addresses and payment options before submission.

Quick Order itself does not assign customers to sales representatives or replace a staff impersonation feature.
