Shared Cart and Wishlist

Sublogin can share one cart and one wishlist across the main customer and its attached sublogins. Both features are disabled by default.

Shared cart

Enable Use shared cart when a team intentionally builds one order together. Products, quantities and removals become part of the same working cart, so one user's change affects everyone in that account family.

Before enabling it:

decide who is responsible for final checkout;
test two simultaneous sessions;
confirm customer-specific prices and catalog restrictions produce an acceptable shared result;
explain to buyers that another user may change the cart.

A shared cart does not merge separate Magento customer accounts.

Shared wishlist

Enable Use shared wishlist when the company treats the wishlist as a common replenishment list. Keep it disabled when buyers maintain personal shortlists.

Resources that use separate controls

Parent addresses use the address-management settings.
Order history uses Restrict order view for sublogins.
Payment and shipping methods use per-sublogin filters.
Products can be restricted by Role or Sublogin Custom Catalog.
Quotes are not a verified shared resource in the base package. B2B Quote workflows have their own extension and documentation.

Rollout check

Sign in as two sublogins in separate browser sessions. Add, change and remove items, then verify which user is recorded when the shared cart becomes an order. Repeat after enabling any catalog, pricing, budget or approval add-on.
